Los Angeles

A store more people can shop, including customers with disabilities.

We review your store against the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines, known as WCAG, the standard most often used to judge ADA accessibility online. That means checking keyboard navigation, screen reader labels, color contrast, image descriptions and form errors. Then we fix what we find in your theme and show your team how to keep new content accessible.

Fixes in the code, not overlays

Many small brands install an accessibility widget and assume the job is done. A widget generally can't fix a menu that traps keyboard users or a size selector a screen reader can't announce. We fix those issues in the theme itself, test with real assistive tools, and write down what's left to watch.

Access is ongoing

Every new product, banner and campaign can add a barrier. We aim to leave your team with habits and checks that keep the store usable, rather than a one-time report that goes out of date.
