Your products, customers and order history arrive on Shopify complete and correct.
We move your products, variants, images, customers, order history, reviews and blog posts from your old platform into Shopify. Before importing, we remove duplicates, fix broken formatting and map old fields to Shopify's structure. We also set up redirects, which send old page links to their new addresses, so customers and search engines still find you.
Counted and checked after import
A data move can look finished while hundreds of products are missing a size or an image. We run test imports first, then compare record counts and spot-check entries against the old store. Customer passwords usually can't be carried over, so we plan how to invite customers to reactivate their accounts.
